We are currently in search of a Sales Account Manager responsible for all HASH IT software sales activities.

Job purpose

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of the company’s services and products. As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies. The holder of this post will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage our digital marketing strategy: social media- e-mail marketing, SEO, online advertising, webpage etc.
  • Creating visual concepts for promotional activities
  • Managing the digital marketing calendar
  • Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
  • Define and monitor the most important digital marketing KPIs, and develop needed reports.
  • Overseeing the digital marketing budget
  • Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.
  • Manage and oversee “social media, email marketing, webpage” content and other related content.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touchpoints.
  • Measure the success of digital marketing campaigns: social media, e-mail marketing.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing best practices and technologies
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the company
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media and other digital touchpoints to create a strong network.
  • Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations,
    newsletters, event support materials, research papers, brochures, banners, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing and digital design experience with a proven track record of success. Experience with B2B and Tech firms is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, web advertising, social media and web development is a must as well as email marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of Web design processes
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Frame maker, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
