Upon completion of the financial obligations, the student electronic profile
will be ready for registration stage and the student granted the university
Index Number, where the system generates Student Information Repository
throughout the life of the university using the Index Number. In case of old
students/register students wants to register in new or next semester this
module facilitate the registration process through its integration with
restrictions module(rules monitoring engine) which help to determine
electronically and within no time whether student is allow to register or not.

Student information module allow you to make a list of students studying
and active throughout the year and edit their profiles. It allows you as to get
student information in no time. Using the data stored in the student profile
eliminates/reduces paper work and manual routing of student files. Many
student issues and problems can be addressed properly by viewing the
student history.

Upon completion of the registration, an Index number will be assigned to
the student. The Student card module controls the issue of the card to the
students. HASH TECH recommends the electronic card, which helps in
setting many security measures. The module also controls the reprint cases
that may be required reasons subject to the management approval.
