This module is very important for faculty management because it includes
faculty information, curriculum, programs departments and specliazation,
grading schema and classification.
The faculty management module provides the facility to: Manage faculty
general properties such as name, code, number of semesters, dean and
registrar. Manage faculty semesters, programs and specializations’ start and
end dates. Manage batches progress through semesters, able to mark as
new or graduated. Manage faculty departments and their units. Manage
fields of study or knowledge areas and their courses or knowledge units.
Manage curriculums per faculty. Able to set knowledge units, assessment

documents requested by students.

This module used to determine instructors specialization, allocate subjects

Preparing timetables is stress full and not easy task. Time Table module play
important roles in resources management because it helps in scheduling
efficiently faculties’ different lectures, exams and events during defined

Attendance
In this module, the educational institution sets attendance rules and polices
according to the nature of the lecture (theory, practices). Attendance shall
be collected from the actual attendance in the lecture, and then the
attendance records will be verified against the latest updated timetable in
case of any changes in the lecture time or if the been replaced with different
lecture.
