Library Management
The functionality of the library module allows the librarian to create index for
books and references filtered by author or any other parameter. The library
contents can also be linked to specific program, subject, level, or left open
for all students and attendees.
The student uses his/her card to enter the library; this step helps the system
to record how frequently the student accesses the library.
Borrowing the books is permitted but now the module tracks the
movements of books in terms of the borrower, the period of using, and date
to return the book to the library. This type of action optimizes the utility of
the library contents and save the books from loss or misuse.
The module generates statistical reports on each faculty batch usage of the
library, most used books, frequency of usage of specific book(s),
old/outdated editions, and many other reports.
